In celebration of its 125th anniversary, Vogue has partnered with Birchbox on a limited edition rose-themed beauty box. The box includes exclusive items from the likes of Charlotte Tilbury and Nars.

In honor of Vogue’s emblematic rose, all items in the box are rose-themed, either in their color, formulation or scent. The #Vogue125 Birchbox contains a mix of full-sized and travel-sized items ranging from skincare to cosmetics. Vogue Beauty Director Celia Ellenberg curated the box’s offerings, which includes a peach nail polish from manicurist Jin Soon Choi and a rose-scented hair and body oil from stylist Jen Atkin’s brand Ouai. Nars also created a “Vogue rose” version of its popular eyeshadow pencil for the box.

The beauty box is available on Birchbox’s website and retails for $68, with Vogue receiving a portion of the sales. Those who purchase the box will also receive a 1-year subscription to the magazine.

The Birchbox is not the only part of Vogue’s anniversary offerings. To celebrate the magazine, Karl Lagerfeld also designed a capsule collection for Lord & Taylor. The collection includes rose-printed dresses available exclusively at the department store.

The box marks the magazine’s first collaboration with the subscription cosmetics box retailer, though Condé Nast has expanded its foray into the beauty subscription boxes as of late. The publisher has released curated beauty boxes for readers of Allure and Teen Vogue, and will release a box for GQ readers as well.

With the beauty industry growing even as other retailers see their sales drop, the subscription box market has seen a boom. Birchbox opened a physical store in New York City in 2014 and a Paris store earlier this year. Condé Nast claims the expansion into beauty boxes has driven interest in print subscriptions as well.
