Co-founded by Luke Tadashi in 2014, Bristol is a garment studio and lifestyle brand that is available at retailers such as American Rag, Fred Segal, and Revolve among others. The brand will receive mentorship with a Gen Art designer along with wholesale, marketing, and public relations support.

Gen Art announced its Fresh Faces Competition in July 2016, and it was held at Willow Studios in August. The talent incubator held its first Fresh Faces in Fashion competition in 1995 and last year named New York City-based designer Daniel Silverstein the winner of the 20th anniversary edition.

Since its launch, Gen Art has worked with several designers and brands including Derek Lam, Phillip Lim, Zac Posen, Rebecca Minkoff, Rebecca Taylor, Rodarte, Duckie Brown, Stampd LA, Ohne Titel, Milly and Brian Lictenberg among others. The incubator also launched its first women's fashion label Openhouse in 2016.
