The newest and final chapter of Gap’s “Meet Me in the Gap” campaign stars Cher alongside rapper Future. The ad will premiere on September 18 across print and digital channels.

Gap launched its “Meet Me in the Gap” campaign in July with a series of videos featuring various influencers, athletes and artists, all directed by Director X. The series concludes with its last installment this month, starring Cher and Future.

"As a brand, our heritage is rooted in being a beacon of hope and optimism while also bringing people together," Gap chief marketing officer Craig Brommers said in a statement. "Uniting two superstars like Cher and Future proves that no matter how different we seem, there is always a common thread that we just might not have discovered yet."

The ad shows the musicians performing Sly and the Family Stone’s "Everyday People” against a white backdrop. Cher and Future met for the first time while shooting the campaign.

"There was a great dynamic when working with Cher and we felt like we were doing something so much bigger than the two of us," said Future in a press release. "Gap is not only bringing two cultures together but bringing everyone together through the music and the style. It's really about everyday people."

Gap will also create a Spotify playlist in honor of the campaign. The ads will run on digital channels such as YouTube and Hulu and will feature in the Vogue 125th anniversary issue and GQ 60th anniversary issue.
