De Grisogono relocates NYC boutique on Madison Avenue

Swiss luxury jeweler De Grisogono opened this month its fifth US retail location at 700 Madison Avenue in New York City. The jewelry house came to a natural decision to move from its previous New York City store at 824 Madison Avenue to its new location, due to customer growth and the expansion of its jewelry offering.

"By expanding our footprint in United States, we’ve created a destination for our highly discerning clients to experience the world De Grisogono,” said Lisa Klein, President of De Grisogono USA.

David Klein, CEO of De Grisogono USA, added, “Our new boutique will provide the perfect home for De Grisogono’s unparalleled selection of remarkable stones and the most exquisite craftsmanship in the world.”

De Grisogono partnered with David Collins Studio to design the interior of the 1,614-square-foot store. The store interior retains design elements that were created for the house’s London boutique, which was also designed by David Collins Studio.
 
The New York City store’s first floor displays the De Grisogono jewelry collection on dark walnut displays with brass detailing that are complimented by mesh metal screens by Sophie Mallenbranche and a large sculptural brass chandelier by Hudson Furniture.
 
The second floor of the boutique has a dedicated private salon and features a Turkish lilac marble fireplace, white paneled walls, and decorative light fixtures.
 
De Grisogono also operates joins four US retail locations in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago and Virginia at Tysons Galleria.
