Dallas-based luxury fashion boutique Forty Five Ten is gearing up to open its first retail location in the big apple next year.

The multi-brand retailer, which offers items from brands and designers such as Prada, Miu Miu, Gucci, Alaïa, Céline, Marc Jacobs, Maison Margiela, Berluti, and Sidney Garber to name a few, will open a 16,000-square-foot space, in Manhattan's $20 billion-plus development Hudson Yards.

Slated to open in March 2019, the boutique will be Forty Five Ten's sixth outpost. The company currently operates four stores across Texas and one at Napa Valley in Yountville, California.

The New York location will be the brand’s second-largest and will be designed in collaboration with New York-based firm Snarkitecture.

Founded by Brian Bolke and Shelly Musselman in 2000, the company just expanded last year outside of Texas with a store in California.

“Hudson Yards is a logical next step for the brand,” said Katherine Greenberg, Forty Five Ten's chief operating officer. "New York is the shopping capital of the world, largely because of its diverse retail clientele and creative magnetism."

"Hudson Yards will allow us to grow our New York market, yet keep our personal approach to every element of the business — it's the only way that feels right to us," added Taylor Tomasi Hill, vice president of creative and women's fashion director, in a news statement.

Once Forty Five Ten opens up shop in Hudson Yards, the location will be highly saturated with other luxury retailers.

Neiman Marcus will anchor the retail portion of the complex with a 190,000-square-foot store and will equally be joined by other single brand retailers like Coach and Tory Burch.
