Montreal’s Frank And Oak is continuing to tailor its offerings to its new female clientele with the opening of two new women's only stores set to open in September and October 2017.

Just one year after entering the womenswear market with its first womenswear line, the lifestyle retailer will open two stores solely dedicated to the brand’s female clientele in Montreal’s Mile End and Toronto’s Queen West neighbourhoods.

“The arrival of our womenswear-devoted stores solidifies our commitment to offering women a more personalized and complete retail experience,” said Ethan Song, CEO and co-founder of Frank And Oak, in a news statement. “The Frank And Oak woman is creative and passionate, which is why we want to offer her a place where she can enjoy shopping and participate in community activities that we are looking to host in these spaces.”

The Montreal store will be located at 160 St-Viateur St. E., suite 110 and will stand at 2,500 square feet, while the Toronto location will be located a few steps away from the brand’s flagship men’s shop at 634 Queen St. W., and will be over 1000 square feet.

The new locations will house the brand’s latest womenswear collections and will serve as “meeting grounds”, featuring communal tables and lounge areas for customers.

Frank And Oak collaborated with three Montreal-based start-ups to furnish the locations including Mobilier de Gaspé, Élément de base and D’Armes Luminaires.

The Montreal location will open on Friday, September 8 at noon, while the Toronto location will open Friday, October 13 at noon.
