GearLaunch receives $4.8 million in Series A funding

End to End e-commerce startup GearLaunch announced on Wednesday that it has received $4.8 million in Series A funding, led by Hunt Technology Ventures.

 
Founded in 2013, GearLaunch is a platform for the emerging e-commerce category enabling independent online merchants to scale online businesses.
 
Dallas-based venture capital firm Hunt Technology Ventures has made seed and early stage investments in companies such as TransFX, AgentIQ and Data.World. Hunt Technology Ventures invested in GearLaunch for its "disruptive ideas and relentless founders."

In 2016, GearLaunch achieved $90 million in sales, as well as 4.5 million products sold to date across over 2,500 merchant sites.
