"At Goop, we believe wellness can be transformative for both your body and your mind, but we also know how hard it is to keep up your healthy routines during the summer. We hope G. Sport Sessions will be a way for guests to carve out time for themselves," said Goop senior beauty editor, Megan O’Neill, in a statement.

The session includes a 45-minute workout with a post-session Q&A with Anderson.

The Goop experience also includes fresh juice from Westin Fresh by The Juicery and a curated gift bag that includes a selection from Goop's active line, G. Sport, which launched in March. The Goop gift bag also includes bath salts, a dry brush, non-toxic detox essentials and Westin branded spa related products.

"We incorporated some of our favorite things to create the experience, including a sweat session with Tracy, amazing food and a grab bag of luxurious Goop products," O'Neill explained.

Anderson shot to celebrity trainer fame while training Paltrow when she was working on Iron Man in 2006. Her other celebrity clients include Kim Kardashian West, Jennifer Lopez and Victoria Beckham. In addition to her signature workout, Anderson has launched her own activewear lines.

Guests and Goop fans can buy a $150 ticket and sign up for the first G. Sport Sessions which take place in Chicago in July, followed by one in Austin, Texas in August. Guests are encouraged to wear G. Sport apparel to the event.

G. Sport sessions begin at The Westin Chicago River North on July 28th. The second event is scheduled for The Westin Austin Downtown on Aug. 25.

G. Sport apparel ranges in price from $55 to $125.
