Hudson Yards announces new round of tenants and retailers

The Related Companies announced this month a new crop of tenants that will open at Hudson Yards' retail and restaurant complex.

The new tenants, which includes MAC Cosmetics, Jo Malone, Kiehl’s, NYX Cosmetics, Sephora, AG Jeans, Banana Republic, Athleta, Aritzia, The Body Shop, Origins and Urban Decay, will open at The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards joining previously announced tenants H&M, Zara, Stuart Weitzman, Coach, which moved its headquarters to Hudson Yards in May, and Neiman Marcus, which is opening its first New York City flagship store at the development in 2018.
 
In addition, Watches of Switzerland, a UK retailer offering Swiss watches, will open a 6,000-square-foot showroom at Hudson Yards, which will mark as its first US location. Hudson Yards also confirmed that The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards is almost 60 percent leased and will open in 2018.

Hudson Yards, when completed in 2024, will house 17 million square feet of commercial and residential space as well as office towers, 100 shops, 4,000 residences, 14 acres of public open space, a 750-seat public school and a 200-room Equinox branded hotel. Construction on Hudson Yards began in 2012.
 
Coach and L’Oréal moved their respective headquarters to 10 Hudson Yards in 2016. Other tenants that moved into the building include Sap, The Boston Consulting Group, VaynerMedia, Intersection and Sidewalk Labs.
