Additionally, the company has removed Francisco Javier Alonso, former HR director; Eloy Rodrigo Gil, current finance director and Maria del Carmen Gutierrez del Canto, head of HR industrial, from the board. Jaime Morey Jaume, who served as board secretary for Manufacturas Loewe, will remain as representative.

The move follows a string of hires and layoffs at the company throughout 2016, including the appointment of Pascal Lepoivre as CEO. She took over from Lisa Montague after serving as executive vice president at Céline, which is also part of LVMH.

David de la Iglesa was named HR director at the beginning of this year, replacing Francisco Javier Alonso after working for Inditex and Prada. Further, Eloy Rodrigo Gil has become the company’s new head of finance, replacing Manuel Serrano after serving for over 4 years in the same position at Givenchy
