Lucky Brand enters outerwear licensing deal with Mystic Inc.

Lucky Brand announced Tuesday that it has signed a licensing deal with Mystic Inc. for outerwear. Mystic confirmed the news on Tuesday.

According to the deal, Mystic will design, manufacture and sell the outerwear collection from the Los Angeles-based denim company. The outerwear collection will be a full expression with styles made of suede, wool, down and shearling, and it build upon the brand’s current offering of leather jackets. Lucky will launch the collection in June and prices are planned to range from $99 to $499.
 
Kin Ying Lee, the Chief Creative Officer of Lucky Brand, told the American media that the brand aims to re-engage new customers to look at Lucky in a new light.

Mystic Inc. is a mid-sized clothing and accessories manufacturer based in New York City that was founded in 1989. Also known as Herman Kay, the company has licensing agreements with BCBG Max Azria, BCBGeneration, Michael Kors and Diane von Furstenberg among others.
