PVH names Judith Amanda Sourry Knox to Board of Directors

PVH Corp. on Friday announced the appointment of Judith Amanda Sourry Knox to its Board of Directors, effective December 7, 2016.

 
Sourry Knox, who has been the President of the Global Foods Category at Unilever, will serve on the PVH Board’s Compensation Committee. With her appointment, the full Board was increased to 11 in connection.

Prior to serving as President of Global Foods Category at Unilever, Sourry Knox held roles in Unilever’s key markets and in global category positions including Executive Vice President, Global Hair from 2014 to 2015 and Executive Vice President, UK and Ireland from 2010 to 2014.
