Rebecca Taylor launches first holiday capsule collection

Rebecca Taylor launched on Wednesday its first holiday collection at its website and its boutiques in New York City, California, Florida, Texas and Georgia.
 

2017 has been a year of firsts for Rebecca Taylor. In August, the womenswear label launched its first intimates collection with Eberjey, and in May debuted Taylor to You, a stylist curated fashion box that offers select pieces and overnight shipping.
 
The latest first, the Rebecca Taylor holiday collection, is a 9-piece limited-edition capsule comprised of dresses, tulle skirts, and a bomber jacket featuring chiffon and sateen fabrics, Victorian eyelet details, ruffles and crystal embellishments.

Taylor designed the capsule to celebrate the evolution of her label. The designer drew inspiration from past collections for the capsule and infused the pieces with signature holiday details.
 
“I wanted to bring back some of my favorite pieces from over the years with a fresh and modern take,” said Taylor. “I love the mix of dressier pieces with more casual ones and I feel each piece in this collection can take you through the holiday season.”
 
The holiday collection ranges in price from $195 to $1,295.
