This month, Roots opened a 3,100-square-foot location at the Outlet Collection Mall in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario. On August 31, Roots will also open a 2,600-square-foot store at Limeridge Mall in Hamilton, Ontario.

Later this year in October, the apparel company will open two other stores in British Columbia and in Alberta. In BC, a 4,500-sqaure-foot store will open at Tsawwassen Mills, while a 450-square-foot store will open in Lake Louise, Alberta.

What’s more, Roots recently completed a 6-month renovation at their Toronto Eaton Centre flagship store. The company will be renovating several other stores in the coming months.

“Based on our robust retail performance over the past 36 months, we're extremely confident in the continuing success of our brick-and-mortar presence,” Robert Sarner, Roots Canada, Director of Communication and Public Affairs, told Fashion Network.

Roots is a Toronto-based apparel company and was founded in 1973.
