SPR Sports will manufacture and distribute a collection of active apparel, footwear and accessories for the And1, Avia and DVS brands. The first collections will be introduced in late 2017 through Netshoes, one of the largest e-commerce retailers in Brazil, and the collections will roll out to sporting goods stores beginning in early 2018.

And1 is a basketball footwear and apparel brand that has remained synonymous with basketball and the streetball lifestyle for almost 25 years. Avia is an athletic footwear, activewear, and accessories provider and DVS is a global skate brand known for its history in action sports.

Sequential Brands in October announced the expansion of the And1 brand into China. The company entered into an agreement with Guirenniao Co. to develop and distribute men’s and boys’ basketball apparel, footwear and accessories under the And1 brand. The first collection will launch in 2017 and a women’s collection will launch in 2018.

The company recently reported a 76% increase in total revenue led by the integration of the Martha Stewart and Chef Emeril Lagasse brands and the acquisition of the Gaiam yoga brand. Net loss for the fourth quarter and full year were $980,000 and $821,000, respectively.
