Teva x UGG launch 2 styles

Teva and UGG, both owned by parent company Deckers Brands, have released two collaborative styles designed for taking on the urban trails.

Teva x UGG celebrates both the river heritage of Teva and the laid back California surf heritage of UGG.

“The Teva x UGG collaboration allows us to celebrate expression of freedom while showcasing the innovation that is infused into each of our products,” says Wendy Yang, President of the Performance Lifestyle Group at Deckers Brands.

Yang explained, “With this collaboration, we wanted to fuse the most iconic and loved elements from both brands and deliver them in a contemporary collection for the modern consumer.”

Teva x UGG launches for a limited time in two styles, one sandal and one hybrid. The sandal retails for $175 and the hybrid mid-calf height style launches at $225.

The color pallet is conservative and urban-oriented in black, grey, olive, white and navy.

The collaborative styles feature Teva's strapping system and footbed, a microfiber and neoprene topsole, and UGG's sheepskin and wool for comfort.

“Our latest collaboration with Teva celebrates the art of footwear design,” says Andrea O’Donnell, President of the Fashion Lifestyle Group at Deckers Brands.

O'Donnell explained her enthusiasm for combining the unlikely pair of Teva and UGG saying, “It’s allowed us to create unique, fashion-forward styles that are equal parts aspirational and accessible.”

The Teva x UGG collection is available online now on both Teva and UGG's ecomm sites, as well as in select UGG concept shops.
