The Emeryville, CA-based Title Nine has worked with Kibo for over 15 years. Kibo is an omnichannel commerce platform for retailers and branded manufacturers. However with ecommerce becoming the present reality of retail, Title Nine is now upping its game with a revamped website and platform.

Chrissy Ginieczki, Vice President of Marketing and eCommerce at Title Nine said, "Our goals with the new site were to put more emphasis on building a community of customers and to help them more easily find the products they want.”

Some specific new features include a "meet the models" section where consumers can read the real-life stories and product recommendations of the women who model Title Nine product, guided selling tools including a bra finder, and curated outfits merchandised for easy purchasing based on lifestyle and category.

Perhaps the most community-building aspect of the new ecommerce experience is the social media integration. Instagram photos are displayed showing real women wearing Title Nine products in their active and outdoor lives.

“As the retail industry continues to undergo reinvention, we are proud to work with retailers like Title Nine who are dedicated to making online shopping a fun and engaging experience for consumers,” said Julie Hogin, VP of Operations, Kibo.

Title Nine is seeing results with the new website already as there are more 1:1 touchpoints for the consumer to connect with the brand.
