The new Vera Bradley Bedding Collection features complementary colors and prints in bright pinks, cool blues and neutral grays. The collection is designed to help brighten homes in a fun and sophisticated mix of prints.

Barbara Bradley Baekgaard, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Vera Bradley said, "Creating a beautiful and comfortable home that expresses one's personality and lifestyle has always been a passion of mine."

To introduce the collection to consumers, Vera Bradley has partnered with Google's Daydream and Obsess VR to create a virtual reality experience for customers at its flagship store in SoHo. The virtual reality experience will also be offered to customers at ten other stores across the country.

According to Vera Bradley CEO Robert Wallstrom, "Creating an innovative customer experience is a top priority for Vera Bradley." To that end, Wallstrom announced that the brand's partnership with Obsess VR is "the first of many that will revolutionize and modernize in-store shopping."

The brand was launched in 1982 by Baekgaard and Patricia R. Miller. Bedding joins other existing categories of handbags, travel items and luggage, fashion and home accessories all of which are adorned with bright prints.

The bedding collection will retail for $29.99 - $179.99. It will be available in a special pop-up shop within the SoHo flagship from July 27 through August 23rd. It will then retail at Bed, Bath & Beyond and the Bon Ton as well as on Vera Bradley's e-commerce site.
