Victorinox celebrates the FDNY’s 150th anniversary with special edition watch

Victorinox Swiss Army, Inc. announced Wednesday that it has partnered with the FDNY Foundation to launch the new ‘I.N.O.X. FDNY Special Edition’ watch in celebration of the New York City Fire Department’s 150th anniversary this year.

 
The ‘I.N.O.X. FDNY Special Edition’ watch features a dial imprinted with the FDNY Foundation logo and a laser-engraved case back that reads, “FDNY Proudly Serving Since 1865.” The watch can withstand extreme conditions like flame exposure, glacial cold, 64 tons of pressure, 500,000 vibration cycles, 10-meter high drops, chemical corrosion and more.

The Special Edition watch is priced at $495 and is available at all Victorinox Swiss Army Retail stores in the US and Europe; select Victorinox retailers such as Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s and Tourneau; the FDNY Fire Zone store at 34 West 51st Street and the FDNY Shop website. 10% of all US sales proceeds of the watch will be donated to the FDNY Foundation in support of fire safety programs.
 
Victorinox and the FDNY Foundation first introduced their partnership in August 2014.
