A suit that was custom made for John Lennon is set to go under the hammer this week. Featuring a gray houndstooth pattern, the woollen suit was worn by the music icon in 1964 while performing with The Beatles.
The exhibition running from March 17 to October 1, 2017 will highlight how Canada’s fashion scene thrived during Expo 67. It will feature over 60 outfits as well as drawings, photographs and archival film footage.
