Amer Sports: Vincent Wauters appointed head of textile division

Vincent Wauters has been named president of Amer Sports' textile division and joins the Finnish group's (Salomon, Wilson, Atomic, Arc'Teryx...) board of directors. He thus succeeds Andy Towne, who is leaving the group.  

With this appointment, Vincent Wauters sees his responsibilities expanded. Indeed, since 2012 he has been the managing director of Arc’teryx, the Canadian brand specialised in outdoor clothing and sporting goods, a role which he retains.
