Badgley Mischka opens West Hollywood flagship

Badgley Mischka has opened its newest flagship store in Los Angeles' West Hollywood neighborhood. 

Located at at 8619 Sunset Boulevard, the new flagship was built inside a stand-alone Hollywood Regency-style building dating back to the early 1900s, hitting an appropriate tone for the brand inspired by 1940s Hollywood glamour. According to a Badgley Mischka press release, the new flagship's building has been featured in the backdrop of iconic films and TV shows like Scarface and Charlie's Angels. 

The West Hollywood store will offer the label's couture collection, sportswear, denim, jewelry, handbags, fragrance, shoes and sunglasses, as well as couture fitting services. 

One of the store's highlight items includes the label's new Badgley Mischka eau de parfum, a fragrance released in honor of its 30th anniversary. The new perfume was created with perfumer Richard Herpin and developed in collaboration with TPR Holdings LLC, and has a "lush and dewy floral," according to the brand.

In support of the community surrounding the new location, the flagship will donate a percentage of sales in December to The Red Cross charity in the wake of the devastating 2018 California wildfires. 

Badgley Mischka currently operates a digital shopping platform as well as 21 physical stores worldwide, with plans to grow to 67 by the end of 2019.
