Belk introduces new Kaari Blue line

Belk on Wednesday unveiled Kaari Blue, its new collection for the modern Southern woman. The new line will be sold exclusively at Belk retail locations.

 
The Kaari Blue collection is comprised of a variety of women’s fashion staples including dresses and skirts as well as tailored pants, button-down shirts and blouses that translate from the workplace to the weekend. The new line got its name from the Finnish word, ‘Kaari’, which means 'exotic', 'curved light' and 'luxury', and from Belk’s signature color, Blue.
 
"Our customers have been asking for modern contemporary styles that can take them from office to evening in smart, streamlined silhouettes that put feminine first," said John Thomas, executive vice president of private brands at Belk. "Kaari Blue's quality and subtle details, such as bows and hardware accents, make all the difference for busy women who want to make a statement, not a scene.”

Kaari Blue is available in 157 Belk locations in 16 Southeastern states as well as on the Belk website. More styles and colors will be added to the Kaari Blue collection throughout the year.
