CLSC has opened the doors to its first flagship store ever located on 517 ½ N. Fairfax Ave in Los Angeles. Joshua Vides, the founder of CLSC (pronounced ‘classic’) intends to give customers a feel for what the brand really is with the flagship store.

“It was never intentional to come to Fairfax, said Vides. “I knew that I wanted to open a store from day one, but the most important thing was making sure that it made sense—the location, the aesthetic. For the brand, this is the best place to be.”

The CLSC flagship features sleek black walls with paneled wood, wooden shelving and a wooden and glass cash wrap. “I wanted to create something that possibly my kids could run," Vides continued. "I didn’t want to create something that would pop and fizzle. I don’t follow trends, and I don’t think CLSC will ever be that brand.” In addition to carrying CLSC products, the store also carries store exclusives from HUF, Benny Gold, The Hundreds, Crooks & Castles, and a collaboration collection with Diamond Supply Co. that launched exclusively at the store on the same day of the store’s opening.

CLSC is a Los Angeles-based streetwear brand that began as a platform for Vides to express and showcase his interests, which included sex, drugs, sports and music. Since being founded in 2010, CLSC has become a lifestyle brand that is internationally recognized and carried in retailers worldwide.
