As Chief Marketing Officer, Kraynak is responsible for creating and executing the strategy and plans to drive growth and build the Carbon38 brand and business globally. She also oversees the company’s marketing, creative, retail, and corporate communications departments.

Kraynak joined Carbon38 after holding key roles at NBC Universal, Viacom, iVillage, Intuit, The City of New York, and Demand Media, where she launched the company's fashion and beauty vertical. She possesses over 20 years of experience across both large blue-chip corporations and early-stage companies, and she has held leadership roles through two $1.5 billion IPOs to date.

Carbon38, which launched its first fashion collection in late 2015, will open a pop up shop in Los Angeles in November 2016. The company is also set to launch collaborations with artist Curtis Kulig and designer Jonathan Simkhai this winter.
