Chicago Premium Outlets re-opens, announces new stores

Chicago Premium Outlets celebrated its grand re-opening on Thursday, following a multi-million-dollar expansion that increased the footprint of the Simon outlet center by more than half.
 
The center which began renovations last August is now home to 170 stores, including a slew of new high-profile retailers slated to open before year-end.

Among the newly announced newcomers scheduled to open this month are Versace, Forever 21 and performance shoe standout Salomon. Later this year, Victoria's Secret and its popular offshoot Pink, Restoration Hardware, shoemaker Geox Breathes, Steve Madden, Land's End, high-end children's apparel brand Hanna Andersson and Bath & Body Works, will also open.
 
The renovation equally paved the way for high-profile stores that are now open likes anchor Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Abercrombie & Fitch Outlet, Columbia Sportswear, Movado Company Store, and more.

The recently renovated center now stands at 688,000 square feet.
