CityCenterDC, the 10-acre mixed used development mall in downtown Washington DC, launched its advertising campaign “Monumental Style” on Nov 18, 2014.

The campaign was designed by New York City-based agency Laspata DeCaro. “This timeless development has rejuvenated the downtown D.C. area and we are thrilled to lend our extensive expertise in visually and strategically telegraphing this project,” said Charles DeCaro, Creative Director at Laspata Decaro.

Supermodel Coco Rocha was featured in the ads, which appeared in various local press. On DC’s go-to destination for luxury shopping, Rocha said “CityCenterDC is a beautiful destination and it’s clear a lot of thought has been put into creating a unique and creative shopping experience.”

The shopping centre, located in the heart of downtown Washington on a 4.5-block parcel, is DC’s only luxury shopping and dining destination. It features 520,000 square feet of office space, 458 high-end rental units and 216 condominiums, as well as a parking garage, a public park, and a central plaza. When completed in 2016, it will be the home of over 60 apparel stores, restaurants, and cafes, including Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Dior.

Lapasta DeCaro, led by Rocco Laspata and Charles DeCaro, have designed award-winning campaigns for Harry Winston, Judith Leiber and Lacoste, among others.
