As part of the new leadership changes, Bill Jordan is set to lead the entire DSW business in the U.S. and Canada, as president of DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse. He joined the company in 2006 and was most recently president of TSL (Town Shoes Limited).

Meanwhile, Mary Turner will be promoted to president of the Shoe Company and Shoe Warehouse banners in Canada, where she will work to expand these smaller-footprint family-friendly value chains in the U.S. Turner joined TSL from the Hudson's Bay Company in 2017, as chief merchandising officer, and was later named chief operating officer.

Finally, DSW announced on Thursday the promotion of Debbie Ferrée to vice chair and president of DSW Inc. She joined DSW in 1997 and was previously chief merchandising officer. Ferrée will be succeeded by Jim Weinberg, who has been with DSW since 2015, as general merchandising manager for the company's women's footwear and exclusive brands business.

Ferrée, Jordan, and Turner will join previously named Camuto Group President Simon Nankervis in reporting to DSW Inc. CEO Roger Rawlins.

The changes follow the 2018 acquisition of its Canadian business, formerly known as Town Shoes Limited, and Camuto Group.

DSW acquired a 44 percent stake in Town Shoes in the spring of 2014 and fully acquired it in May 2018. The Camuto Group was then acquired late last year with Authentic Brands Group for a combined sum of roughly $341 million.

"DSW Inc. experienced an incredible year of growth in 2018, acquiring two businesses and transforming our enterprise," explained Rawlins.

"Our goal now is to connect resources and deliver growth across our enterprise. Creating president-level leadership and delineating our brands will create consistency and efficiency."

The company's organizational changes will become effective February 3, 2019.
