The Moreno Valley distribution center - one of two warehouses that services domestic operations of the company - was temporarily closed on March 20 in the interest of curbing the virus's spread.

"As Deckers Brands continues to review expert agency guidelines, paired with information from local authorities, the company has implemented additional precautionary measures and social distancing procedures" at the distribution center, the company said.

"After instituting these enhanced safety protocols, Deckers Brands has resumed modified operations with limited capacity at the distribution center."

In addition to Teva and Ugg, the Deckers Brands portfolio also includes Koolaburra by Ugg, Hoka One One and Sanuk.

Many of these brands have made their own adjustments in response to the virus, with Ugg announcing the temporary closure of its stores in North America and Europe until further notice, and both Teva and Hoka One One asking staff to work remotely.

"The company will continue to assess the appropriate scope of operations and allocation of resources within this facility, as well as others, in response to the dynamic business environment," the statement continued.

Deckers Brands said it will continue to monitor the pandemic and make changes to its operations accordingly.
