The collection dubbed ‘New York-66’, is a re-edition of the brand’s first offering, originally launched to celebrates the introduction of Engelbert in New York in 1966. The refined version of the collection will be available for a limited time only at Bergdorf Goodman.

It includes bracelets, earrings and rings, all featuring hidden details that highlight New York such as the Manhattan skyline and floral patterns from Highline Park. A highlight of the collection is limited edition drop attachments that resemble the view of the cities skyskrapers as seen from above.

“Our ambition is to create jewellery that not only looks beautiful but also tells a story. The New York -66 collection has lived through generations and still is. Our heritage should be perceived as the start of a story, not the end, making our customers feel connected to our brand over time. To invest in a piece from Engelbert should be like investing in a piece of art,” said CEO, Johanna Pietsch.

Heribert Engelbert launched one of the most prominent jewellery houses in Scandinavia in 1920. Today, in the hands of grandchild Oscar Engelbert, the brand has a global reach and a celebrity following including Adele, Bella Hadid, and Kris Jenner to name a few.

Head of design is Thomas Carlsson, who has worked for the brand for over 40 years, honoring its deep authentic aesthetics of bold minimalism and age-honored craft.
