FabFitFun to hold weekend pop-up in LA
Mar 9, 2018
Lifestyle brand FabFitFun is hosting a weekend pop-up in Downtown LA's Grand Central Market. Consumers are incentivized to interact with the space – adorned with Instagram-worthy props – and post on social media.
Daniel Broukhim, co-founder and co-CEO said, “We wanted to bring a piece of FabFitFun to downtown and create a true urban paradise with this installation."
The installation is complete with hand-painted cactus and plants from LA florist Strega Flora by Nikki Pettus. The goal was to create a space that consumers would feel inspired to take photos in and post. The brand has also incentivized photo sharing on social media by offering a promotional discount on the latest curated box for any consumer using a campaign hashtag.
Broukhim said, "As an LA-based company, we love opportunities to support local institutions like Grand Central Market," adding that visiting the pop-up is "a great opportunity for both locals and visitors to experience FabFitFun, take some great pictures and walk away with one of our boxes.”
The spring FabFitFun box features a curated assortment of full-size products for fashion, beauty, fitness, home, and tech. Products include a Free People eye mask, Anderson Lilley candles, an Ish lip palette, Murad lotion, a foam roller, Dermelect Cosmeceuticals ridge filler, and jewelry and body care choices.
The pop-up activation will take place this weekend, March 10th through March 11th. The storefront is located on Broadway through the Broadway entrance to the Grand Central Market in Downtown LA.
