The pop-up precedes the introduction of 12 permanent Fabletics stores set to open throughout the U.S. this year. Opened on April 27 and located at 577 Broadway, the 2,743 square-foot shop offers a range Fabletics apparel, as well as several of the brand’s unique technology features.

Shoppers will have access to special features like the brand’s OmniSuite and OmniShop technologies; which allow users to select different sizes, colors, check stock and receive styling tips without leaving the fitting room; as well as OmniKiosks that allow the brand’s members to view special pricing. Additional interactive elements include a mini boxing ring and a medicine ball installation.

“We have a ton of members in the tri-state area who have been asking us to open a store in the city,” said Hudson.

“It has been on our radar for awhile, but we wanted to be strategic with how we approached it. Starting with a pop-up shop will allow us to learn more about our local customer base and gather as many insights as we can, which will ultimately help us grow a stronger long-term presence in the city.”

Currently, Fabletics operates a total of 27 retail stores, and has over 1.5 million VIP members.

In the future, the brand plans to scale to 100 retail locations throughout the U.S.
