She will report to the company’s co-founders, Greg Garrett and John Zhao.

In the role, Fry will lead and manage the strategic direction for all Z Supply brands, which include Z Supply, Rag Poets, White Crow and Others Follow. She will be responsible for all elements of the business, the company said, including design, merchandising, marketing, e-commerce, and sales.

Fry brings over 20 years of brand building experience in the apparel industry to the new role, having previously co-founded women’s lifestyle brand Amuse Society. At the brand, she served as president and led aspects of design, merchandising, marketing and e-commerce. Prior to Amuse Society, Fry served as a swimwear designer for Quiksilver/Roxy, as global creative director of Billabong, and as vice president of women’s at Volcom, where she led the company’s design and merchandising teams.

“We are thrilled to have Mandy join Z Supply as president of all of our brands,” said Garrett, who also serves as the company’s chief executive officer.

“Her proven track record, strong business acumen and innovative leadership skills made her a natural choice for the company. Her passion for branding and design, her depth of experience and our aligned goals will help as we push the brand portfolio into the next phase of growth.”

“I’m looking forward to amplifying the company’s message with each unique brand and pushing boundaries within each department,” added Fry. “

We will continue to offer the absolute best products to our retailers and customers while also pursuing new opportunities to add to the portfolio of brands for the company.”

The appointment comes as Z Supply prepares to move its corporate headquarters to a 22,000-square-foot building in Costa Mesa in December. It is also planning for the addition of new brands and new, strategic advancements in design and sourcing, the company said.
