For a year and a half, Harrington has worked as an operational partner with Altamont Capital and has served on the board of directors of Dakine and Mervin.

In Europe, the Barcelona-based organization has been overseen by Matthieu Bazil for the last three years. The team was reinforced in October by Scott Lewis, who has worked for four years on his premium brand Beggar Man Thief. He is the former president of Globe and has spent nearly 10 years in leadership positions at Oakley at the Australian and European levels between 1999 and 2008.
