Set to launch on June 18, the footwear collection includes both heeled and flat sandals, espadrilles, loafers, slides, slippers and ballet flats. Available in a simple color palette of black, white and brown, the collection was crafted in Spain using materials like napa leather and jute.

Prices from the premiere collection range from $325 to $395, and the footwear is now available for pre-order online via Frame's e-commerce site.

"Designing our own shoe collection is the next step in Frame’s evolution," said Grede.

"The shoes have a beautiful silhouette and mirror our overarching design ethos."

“Our shoe collection now completes the look of the Frame woman,” added Torstensson. “The shoes capture the essence of the brand’s style and will take our customer through life at times when she is already in her Frame wardrobe."

Prior to this collection, Frame most recently dabbled in the footwear market with the launch of a 2019 capsule collection of leather boots made with Tamara Mellon, the designer behind the Tamara Mellon footwear brand and a co-founder of Jimmy Choo.

Previously, Frame also explored footwear with a small sneaker collection.
