Fullbeauty expands executive team

Fullbeauty Brands Inc. has added a new chief financial officer, chief customer officer, chief people officer and general counsel to help drive continued growth in the plus-size men's and women's market.

CFO Bob Riesbeck was most recently CEO and President of HHGregg. His 25 years of experience include finance and operations roles at Nike and Sun Capital Partners. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and is a CPA.

Chief customer officer Liz White joins the company from Soko Inc. where she served as CEO. Her experience focuses on digital strategy and ops across media, entertainment, fashion and e-commerce. Before Soko, she was head of strategy and development at Poshly. She holds MBAs from Columbia Business School and UC Berkeley.

Chief people officer Robert Lepere was previously VP of talent strategy for Ascena Retail Group. His HR background includes roles at Ann Inc., Charlotte Russe, and former HR director for Old Navy. He holds a Master's in Speech and Interpersonal Communication from New York University.

GC Arlene Hong most recently served as senior corporate counsel for Amazon Fashion, and has also worked for Amazon's retail subsidiary Quidsi, where she worked closely with Fullbeauty's CEO Emilie Arel who was CEO of Quidsi at the time. Hong has also worked in house for J. Crew and Ideeli Inc. She holds her JD from Cornell University Law School.

"Bob, Robert, Liz and Arlene are seasoned executives with diverse backgrounds possessing strong expertise and strategic thinking that will be invaluable as we continue to execute on Fullbeauty's strategic plan, which includes investing in our business, enhancing our customer experience, and pursuing numerous growth opportunities," said Fullbeauty CEO Emilie Arel in a release.

The four new members of Fullbeauty's executive team will report to Arel who joined the company in November 2017.
