The new Goldwin Marunouchi flagship will offer the brand's range of high-performance sportswear, lifestyle and ski apparel, including button-downs, trousers, sweaters, parkas and down coats. The new store's selection will also feature two of Goldwin's leading products, the Arris Jacket and the Hooded Spur Gore-Tex Down Coat, which retail at $699 and and $1,399, respectively.

Founded in Oyabe City of the Toyama Prefecture, the company describes its brand mission as to "create the opportunity to bring people closer to nature." In a press release, representatives at Goldwin said the new flagship will act as an opportunity for the company "to expand its vision and introduces new values, creating a platform where sports and lifestyle merge."

Goldwin currently sells its products at The North Face retail stores in Japan and at lifestyle specialty shops throughout China, Europe and North America. The company said it has future plans to boost its direct-to-consumer presence in its native Japan, while also opening new flagships internationally.
