Canadian designer Hayley Elsaesser is partnering with restaurant chain Taco Bell to launch an exclusive winter coat inspired by Taco Bell's iconic Crunchy Taco.
Baptized the TaCoat, the convertible jacket features insulated utility pockets and is made up of two layers. The outer shell features an illustrated taco print on a wavy background in Taco Bell's signature purple, while the detachable inner layer features shades of teal green and aqua.
The collaboration makes perfect sense for the Toronto-based deisgner who is well-known for her vibrant patterns and imaginative designs.
"It was an easy decision to partner with Hayley Elsaesser to bring our vision to life," said Katelyn Zborowski, Associate Marketing Manager for Taco Bell Canada, in a news statement.
Most recently, Elsaesser created a custom look for Miley Cyrus for “The Voice” featuring a white and green checkered print with pink pigs. She has also previously worked with celebrities like Katy Perry and Lilly Singh.
The TaCoat finished design is yet to be unveiled.
