CEO Daniel Neukomm said, “We have invested significant time and effort over the last five years in creating a platform of operational excellence. I am excited about the evolution of our organizational structure to support the next phase of our growth.”

La Jolla Group (LJG) has streamlined its O'Neill business, appointing Kari Johnson as Chief Creative Officer. She will oversee product and marketing for O'Neill, for whom she has worked for for the past fifteen years. Prior to becoming COO she was the women's GM.

Josh Wellington has been promoted from his current role as COO of O'Neill to President. He has driven the O'Neill business for LJG for the past thirteen years.

LJG appointed Mark Tinkess as its new SVP of Revenue and Marketing Strategy. Tinkess comes from his recent role as President of Roark.

Finally, LJG also tapped former Nike strategy and finance leader Michael Pratt. Pratt will become the CFO and SVP Strategy.

As part of the reorganisation, Steve Ward, who was the men's GM for the previous thirteen years, and Cristy Abella, who was the Chief Financial Officer for the past eight years, have left the company.
