Trade shows MRket and Project announced on Thursday that they have joined forces for their New York City shows. The show will take place at the Javits Center from Sunday, July 17 through Tuesday, July 19.

MRket and Project will share one show floor allowing retailers and press seamless access. One pass will give attendees the access to both shows and other amenities including cross-show promotion, key activations and VIP car service to and from the show.

Erik Ulin, President of Men's, UBM states: "We are very excited to join forces with MRket. This opens up a venue of new opportunities for specialty retailers to explore brands in the contemporary world at PROJECT and vice versa. We have a great selection of brands to kick off the beginning of men's market after NYFW: Men's."

The announcement of the partnered show comes two months after UBM PLC, Project’s parent company, purchased MRket’s former parent company Business Journals Incorporated for $69 million. The acquisition also included AccessoriesTheShow, Edit, Fame, Moda and Stitch.

The show combination also follows Capsule and Liberty Fairs ongoing partnered show, which first began in January and will return this July. The partnered show will run from July 10 through 12 and will overlap with NYFW: Men’s.

MRket and Project will continue to operate with separate sales and marketing teams and are working to fully integrate all aspects of both shows.
