Baby and children's e-commerce platform Maisonette has launched its first children's clothing collection, Maison Mini.

The collection offers a range of 18 styles for girls and boys ages two to eight, in both casual and formal designs inspired by Europe, the retailer said. Each piece was designed by Maisonette's in-house team, led by Karolina Petersson, who has formerly served in a variety of design rolls for labels such as Celine, Sies Marjan and Jill Stuart.

Maison Mini is the brand's commitment to make every day more stylish with elevated, kid-friendly basics at an accessible price point, according to a statement.

"With the launch of our collection, Maison Mini, we set out to fill the gap between fast-fashion and high-end styles," said Luisana Mendoza de Roccia, co-founder and president of Maisonette. "Inspired by those special items a close friend might bring you back from Stockholm or St. Tropez, this collection is easy enough for the park, yet chic enough for a party."

Featuring cotton-based fabric styles, the collection is grounded in a neutral color palette with colorful accents, as well as patterns like gingham, stripes, and three exclusive prints by illustrator Emily Isabella. Offered at an accessible price point, pieces from the collection range from $16 to $46.

Founded in 2017, Maisonette offers a variety of apparel, accessories, toys, furniture and home décor for children ages zero to 16 via a global network of brands and boutiques, including Bobo Choses, Minnow Swim, Petite Plume, Olli Ella and Stokke and Oeuf, among others.
