Mmode to host first annual general meeting April 19

Mmode, Montreal’s industrial cluster that aims to reassert the city’s place in the global fashion market, will host its first annual general meeting on April 19.
 
At this meeting, Debbie Zakaib, mmode General Manager, will discuss this year’s action plan as well as elect group administrators.

 
The action plan will focus on Mmode’s four pillars; brand image in an attempt to reinforce Montreal’s position as a global fashion city; workforce to find solutions to workforce issues and assist in developing training and mentorship programs; new technologies and investment support to grow productivity and create a repertoire of current support programs; and finally, market development and export tactics will be discussed.
 
This will be Mmode’s first annual general meeting since it launched last year.

President and CEO of La Vie en Rose and President of mmode, François Roberge, will also be in attendance as well as other Montreal fashion industry leaders like Éric Wazana
President, Second Clothing Inc., and Anna Martini
President, Groupe Dynamite Inc.
 
The event will be held at the Groupe Dynamite head office – located at 5550 Ferrier Street, in Montreal, a 5 pm.
