The hires were made under Anna Johnson, the company’s chief executive officer.

Naked has named Cheryl Durose as its chief financial officer. Prior to joining the company, she spent 10 years at New Zealand retail company The Warehouse Group. There, she oversaw the finances of several brands with a combined $1 billion in sales annually, and worked closely with Johnson, who was then general manager at The Warehouse Group. Prior to The Warehouse Group, Durose held several senior finance roles at Adidas UK. She replaces Naked’s interim CFO, David Adams.

Angela Mana-Tupara has been named as general manager of retail. She comes to the role with over 13 years of retail operations and senior management experience, having previously served as country brand manager for Australian fashion company Cotton On Group, among other roles. During her time with the company, she oversaw the Cotton on Kids brand.

Chin Edirisuriya was appointed Naked’s general manager of technology and transformation. He comes to the company from Hewlett Packard, where he spent nine years in a variety of senior leadership positions, most recently serving as business manager of personal systems.

Lyle Cardy is the new general manager of logistics, joining the company from The Warehouse Group, where he served as a logistics professional.

Finally, Kirsty McKeown is rejoining Naked as general manager of merchandise, having previously spent nine years working in several merchandise roles with Naked. Most recently, she served as head of merchandise at Signature Rugs.

“I am truly thrilled to announce this suite of key hires, each a seasoned operator in their respective fields, who I have no doubt will create value for Naked and its shareholders,” said Johnson. “On the corporate level, our strategic turnaround is progressing, and I look forward to what the future holds for our revitalized company.”

Based in Sydney, Naked designs, manufactures and markets a portfolio of 11 company-owned and licensed brands, including its eponymous Naked brand, Bendon, Bendon Man, Davenport, Fayreform, Hickory, Lovable, Pleasure State, Heidi Klum Intimates, Heidi Klum Man, Heidi Klum Swim and Frederick's of Hollywood.
