Nordstrom names Paige Thomas Head of Men's Merchandising

Nordstrom on Monday announced the appointment of Paige Thomas to Executive Vice President and General Merchandise Manager for men’s and kids’, succeeding David Witman who is retiring from the role on February 15.

 
Thomas joined Nordstrom in 2012 as the first EVP, General Merchandise Manager for Nordstrom Rack. In this role, she expanded Nordstrom Rack to 100 retail locations, launched e-commerce, and integrated the off-price merchant teams in Seattle, New York City and Los Angeles.
 
Prior to joining Nordstrom, she worked at Kohl’s for over 10 years in several executive positions, including her final role as EVP, GMM Juniors, Jewelry, Accessories and Cosmetics. She also worked at Fred Meyer and May Company and Federated.

Witman, who joined Nordstrom in 1987, announced his retirement from the company in January.
