The new Long Island store will span 1,900 square feet and will offer men’s and womenswear, including sportswear, tailored apparel, accessories and footwear.

The location will also feature Paul Stuart’s high-end Phineas Cole collection, which includes sports jackets, cargo shorts, polo shirts and anoraks for men, and summer dresses, knitwear and loungewear for women, as well as footwear, such as espadrilles, suede bucks, and leather and suede sneakers.

“With this new store in Southampton, we are thrilled to meet again with old and new customers who are spending time there this summer,” said Paul Stuart CEO Paulette Garafalo. “We look forward to welcoming everyone to our new showcase for our seasonal collections.”

Founded in New York by Ralph Ostrove in 1938, Paul Stuart currently operates a Madison Avenue flagship, as well as two stores in Chicago and another in Washington.

The company, which was acquired by Tokyo-based Mitsui & Co., Ltd. in December 2012, also boasts three freestanding stores in Japan, as well as more than 150 locations in department stores throughout Japan and South Korea.

Like many retailers, Paul Stuart temporarily closed all of its U.S. stores in response to the Covid-19 pandemic in March. These locations have since been reopened.
