Ralph Lauren to present Fall 2022 collection next month

Ralph Lauren has announced that he will present his Fall 2022 collection next month, marking the brand’s return to the traditional fashion cadence. 

Set to take place on March 22, the in-person event will celebrate iconic American fashion through an intimate, dual-gender experience featuring the Ralph Lauren Collection and Purple Label Fall 2022 lines.

The event will also be live streamed on the Ralph Lauren website and social channels to create an experiential moment for viewers. The runway location has not yet been disclosed. 

It will be the first time Lauren hits the runway since 2019. The designer did not show in April 2020, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and opted for a spring digital presentation, last March. 

New York Fashion Week kicked off earlier this month, though a number of designers chose to step away from the schedule. Tom Ford canceled plans to show his Fall 2022 collection at New York Fashion Week, due to Covid-19, while Thom Browne has opted to stage his next runway show in New York, in April.
