Rebag opens second Miami store

Rebag is expanding its brick-and-mortar reach with the opening of its second retail location in Miami, Florida. 

Located in Dadeland Mall, the store is Rebag's tenth physical retail location in the U.S.

Like other Rebag locations, the new Miami store will house an Hermès Birkin Wall and give visiting shoppers access to Rebag’s rental service, Rebag Infinity. In addition, the store will allow customers to use ‘Clair by Rebag,’ the company’s in-house appraisal system first launched in October. Through Clair, shoppers can instantly determine the resale value of their handbag, and access an exact and fully automated price that Rebag is willing to pay for the item.

"Over the last few months, we've seen considerable online and in-store adoption from customers in Florida,” said Charles Gorra, founder and chief executive officer of Rebag.

“We are particularly excited to expand our physical presence while continuing to contribute to Miami's vibrant culture and appetite for luxury. Dadeland Mall's unique clientele will enjoy our transparent, instantaneous retail process through an elevated, in-store shopping experience."

The Dadeland Mall opening comes after the announcement that Rebag raised a fresh $25 million in capital this past February, and follows the opening of Rebag’s Miami flagship in June.

Rebag said it has plans to increase its portfolio to an additional 20 locations in the medium-term, including both standalone stores and locations within luxury malls.
