Sam Edelman expands product categories to denim

Sam Edelman Lifestyle is launching a new denim collection in partnership with Los Angeles-based Global Brands Group Denim West. The debut denim collection adds a new category to the lifestyle brand's product assortment.

The launch collection of Sam Edelman denim includes denim jackets and jeans in three fits and an array of washes. Featured fits include a mid rise, a high rise and a boyfriend jean. The jeans are available for holiday and include trend right hem lengths, crystal embellishments and coated denim.

The company's president Sam Edelman said, "Our product is designed for the modern woman and her desire to feel comfortable and confident, wherever she goes."

Sam Edelman Lifestyle adds denim to existing product categories of shoes, handbags, kids’ shoes, outerwear, activewear, intimates, hosiery and socks, dresses, swimwear and sunglasses. The brand will further expand the denim collection in the spring. Denim skirts and shorts will be offered for the upcoming season.

“There are two things that are critical to a successful denim collection—the perfect fit and being on trend,” said Suzy Biszantz, president and CEO of GBG Denim West.

Sam Edelman denim is now available online at Nordstrom and Sam Edelman. It is also available in all thirteen Sam Edelman retail stores globally including flagships in Beverly Hills and SoHo in New York. Price points for the launch collection range from $98 to $148.
