Stanford Shopping Center gets a facelift

Retail real estate leader Simon Property Group announced on Monday changes to the Stanford Shopping Center that will significantly enhance its retail environment.

As part of the transformation, Bloomingdale's has relocated into a new, two-level, 120,000 square-foot store, while the former Bloomingdale's store will welcome a roster of new retailers.
 
Later this month Stanford Shopping Center will welcome a mix of high-end and mid-range retailers like menswear brand Allen Edmonds; British fashion house AllSaints; sustainable fashion brand Amour Vert; Italian women's fashion brand Luisa Spagnoli; British perfume house Penhaligon's and more.

In March, Everything But Water, LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics and lululemon athletica opened shop. Existing retail locations include Hugo Boss, J.Crew, Solstice, Tommy Bahama and Victoria's Secret
 
The shopping center will also inaugurate new restaurants like Tender Greens and True Food kitchen this month.  
 
“We couldn't think of a more exciting time to enhance this beloved outdoor center for the community," says David Contis, President of Simon Malls, in a news statement.
 
Stanford Shopping Center is celebrating its 60th Anniversary this year.
