Hong Kong-based luxury underwear brand, Tani USA last month introduced women’s products in the US.

The SilkCut Camisole in white - Tani USA

The women’s products are split into two collections, the SilkCut collection and the SwissTouch collection. The SilkCut collection consists of lightweight camisoles, leggings, slips, panties and long sleeve shirts made with elastane and an innovative Micro Modal Air fabric that is thinner and softer than silk. Tani is the first and only brand to use the fabric, and it is knit in Europe.

The SwissTouch collection offers a camisole and panty made with Swiss Cotton that is exclusively milled in Switzerland for the brand. The SilkCut collection ranges from $35 to $95 and the SwissTouch collection ranges from $50 to $75.

Tani USA President, Adam Dinkes told the American press that he launched the women’s products in the US because the women’s line sells well overseas. He added that he believes that women understand quality and are willing to pay for it, while men are hesitant and require education.

The underwear brand owns and operates 450 standalone boutiques and shop-in-shops across Asia and Australia with distribution in the Middle East, Australia, Japan, North America and Europe. Tani is currently available in the US at Amazon, Gilt, MyHabit and the Tani USA website.
